Prosthetic treatment – DIAN Dental inlays, zirconia crowns & bridges, digital precision prosthetics
The function and beauty of damaged teeth,
restored naturally and healthily.
Teeth are among the hardest tissues in the body, but once damaged or chipped they don’t regenerate or return to their original state like skin does.
When a tooth is lost to deep decay, gum disease, trauma, or a fine crack, chewing function drops and the whole bite can collapse.
We select the best high-quality genuine material for each patient’s extent of damage, location, and bite force.
DIAN’s tailored types of prosthetic treatment
Inlay: care that preserves as much natural tooth as possible
Suitable when decay or trauma damage is limited to part of the tooth surface. After removing only the decay precisely, we seamlessly bond a digitally custom-made restoration (ceramic/resin/gold) shaped exactly to the inside of the tooth, minimizing tooth removal.
Zirconia crown: care that protects a weakened tooth all around
For teeth badly damaged by severe decay, or weakened and fracture-prone after a root canal, this wraps and protects the whole tooth. Zirconia is hard yet has natural tooth aesthetics, making it the most widely used for both front teeth and molars.
Zirconia bridge: care that restores a lost tooth by connecting to neighbors
Used when a tooth is entirely lost but implant surgery is difficult due to jawbone conditions or systemic disease. Using the healthy teeth on either side of the gap as pillars (abutments), we connect three or more restorations into one to precisely restore the lost tooth’s space and function.

The questions patients ask most about prosthetic treatment (FAQ)
A. Gold was once considered the best material for its malleability and crack resistance, but gold prices have risen sharply and its yellow look when you open your mouth is a big drawback. Zirconia, a key material in modern dentistry, matches tooth color yet is as hard as gold, easily withstanding the strong chewing forces on molars. Because it satisfies aesthetics, value, and strength all at once, most patients now choose zirconia.
A. No — it actually needs more careful care. The restoration itself is artificial and won’t decay, but the fine margin where it meets the gum easily traps plaque if brushing is poor. If bacteria get in through that gap, ‘secondary decay’ occurs where the tooth rots again beneath the restoration. A root-canaled and crowned tooth especially feels no pain even as it rots black and breaks inside, so regular checkups and scaling are essential.
DIAN’s prosthetic treatment is more than mechanically filling a gap and capping a tooth. It gives back both the healthy joy of chewing comfortably and the natural beauty of a bright smile. With honest care that preserves as much of your natural tooth as possible and no overtreatment, we promise premium prosthetics that stay healthy for a long time.
