Implants as comfortable
as natural teeth
With a 3D digital guide accurate to 0.1mm, we balance function and aesthetics.
Implants – DIAN Dental digital guided (navigation) implants
Comfortable as natural teeth, healthy for the long term
We perfect the balance of function and aesthetics
Leaving a gap for long lets neighboring teeth tilt in and the jawbone (alveolar bone) resorb quickly. Eventually the bite collapses, which can change facial shape or cause TMJ disorders.
Beyond solid function, we consider a natural gum line and overall facial harmony to restore an oral ecosystem closest to natural teeth.
DIAN Digital Guide
What is an implant?
DIAN’s digital guided (navigation) implant is an advanced technique where, like a car’s GPS, the computer maps the optimal path in advance.
After analyzing the patient’s bone and nerve positions in 3D and running a virtual surgery on computer, we make a custom surgical guide accurate to within 0.1mm and operate with it.
Computer-based 3D precision analysis
By combining 3D CT and digital scanner data, we analyze the hidden density and thickness of the jawbone and the position of nearby nerves and vessels in 3D to set the ideal implant position, angle, and depth in advance.
A custom guide that minimizes error
Built on prior 3D simulation, the guide fits the patient’s mouth exactly, preventing tiny errors or surprises during surgery at the source.
Minimal incision — often just a small opening, no scalpel
Unlike the old method that cuts the gum wide and exposes bone, we make only a tiny opening just large enough for the implant. Bleeding, pain, and swelling drop dramatically.
Shorter surgery, faster recovery
Placing the implant quickly at the pre-planned position greatly shortens chair time, and with less gum trauma you return to daily life faster.
Temporary teeth possible the same day
When the jawbone is healthy and enough initial stability is secured, we attach a pre-made temporary tooth the same day, so you can talk and eat lightly right after surgery.
The most common questions about implants (FAQ)
A. Yes, absolutely. For patients with diabetes or high blood pressure, the main concerns are bleeding that won’t stop and infection. But DIAN’s digital guided implant uses a minimal-incision method that barely cuts the gum, so there is almost no bleeding or swelling. Even elderly patients with systemic conditions can be treated safely without worrying about strain or side effects. However, blood thinners such as aspirin must be adjusted for a period before surgery, so please tell our staff in advance.
A. An implant is like planting a tree. If the tooth has been missing a long time or severe gum disease (periodontitis) has dissolved the surrounding bone, there isn’t enough ground (jawbone) to hold it, so it soon loosens or falls out. A bone graft that packs artificial bone firmly around the implant is therefore essential. A graft can add about 2–3 months of healing time, but it is the most crucial foundation for a lifelong, sturdy implant, so it must be done when precise diagnosis shows it is needed.
